Dov'è Mio Figlio plot

Miami Mayor Cameron Ellis' son is kidnapped shortly before the election. Cameron was once banned from Cuba. The kidnapping gives the mayor a welcome popularity at that time. His wife Luisa goes on her own to Cuba to look for their son. There she meets the reporter Carlos. Together they discover that the kidnapping cannot be attributed to the Cubans at all.
