Dope Fiend plot

Santiago is an ambitious man who was born in the Dominican Republic. He lives in the Benton Projects neighborhood and is the largest drug trafficker there. Santiago wants to expand his territory and take control of two other neighborhoods. Oscar, his cousin, runs the drug trade in the Elliot Projects neighborhood. Santiago kills Oscar and then has to deal with Profit, the largest drug trafficker in Lindsey Projects.
