Disbarred plot

The Bar Association suspends attorney Tyler Craden after he destroyed evidence against his client, mobster "Mardy" Mardeen, following the murder of a cop. During his vacation, Craden ends up in a town where a murder case happens to be taking place. He is impressed with attorney Joan Carroll and gets her a job at a firm run by Roberts, a corrupt friend.
