"He stalks the city of sex and sin!"
Sergeant Hallam and Inspector Patton of Scotland Yard are called in to investigate a couple of murders that took place near the Zanzibar nightclub in London's Soho borough. They soon find out that the killer is wearing a mask and is working out a pattern: One by one, the survivors of the shipwreck of the 'Yolanda' are killed by him.
