In order to get hold of the infamous international mobster Nick Randall, the American judiciary contacts Scotland Yard. Angela, Nick's girlfriend, is currently in an English prison, but has not wanted to betray Nick's hiding place. The plan is to release Angela so they can follow her undetected when she returns to Nick.
