Billy ze Kick plot

The story is set in a dingy urban environment, populated by “losers”, petty criminals and frustrated citizens. One such is Inspector Chapeau, a third-rate cop who concocts master criminal Billy Ze Kick for his daughter Julie-Berthe. Just when his dream comes true and he gets to replace the hostage Commissioner Bellanger, a real Billy turns it into a real nightmare.
