Baabarr plot

A 12-year-old boy took a gun and shot a man in cold blood. There was no emotion in his eyes. Deep in his heart he had no regrets either. After shooting the man in broad daylight, he walked down the street with the gun still in his hands. Everyone saw him walk, but no one saw fear in his eyes, only the people who saw him had fear. He had already committed every crime one could commit. Ten years after the incident, he traumatized many people. Everyone was afraid of him, even the bigwigs. His name is Baabarr. In 2004 it was so bad that people couldn't even hear his name anymore. The government decided to order an agent to put an end to the whole drama; arrest him, or shoot him...
