George's partner quits his theater work because Betty is said to have broken his heart. George finds a new partner in Charlie, as they hire Irving as their manager. In New York, the two are the stars of their own revue and save money to start their own theater on Broadway. Betty shows up at the theater with her new lover and George is persuaded to hire Betty. Betty tries to persuade George to invest in oil stocks her lover is offering for sale. Charlie intervenes and fires Betty.
