"The world's second best secret agent against a devil... called Angel!"
A sinister organization, led by Angel, attempts to hijack a British plane in order to obtain the Spurium Apparatus, an invention that makes it possible to fly aircraft with nuclear power. It's up to British secret agent Charles Vine to stop Angel and save the British Empire.
