"You'll have a wonderful time!"
Catholic priest John X. Halligan visits Rome in 1950, the holy year. Once there, things quickly go wrong when he is tricked by gambler and con man Joe Brewster. He steals from Father John his passport and spiritual clothing and assumes his identity to flee the authorities.
