Some travelers are stranded at the airport due to the bad weather. And that on Christmas Eve. Santa on duty Thorsten tries to calm things down. Not an easy task, because the atmosphere is extremely tense. There is Sebastian, who doubts his relationship. And the seriously ill Karl tries to hide his situation from his wife with whom he is now on vacation. It only gets really chaotic when children have disappeared.
