"Watch Your Head - you'll laugh it off!"
A ship's crew is testing a new type of torpedo on the high seas. The experiment begins promisingly, but then the projectile turns in a wide arc and the British Navy owns one ship less. While the experts ponder the cause, the brilliant sailor Blissworth has long had an explanation. Blissworth eventually convinces the torpedo's designer, Agatha Potter, of his ideas. After a few hectic days, the torpedo can be tested again and Blissworth and his superiors look on with satisfaction. One shot and lightning fast sends the torpedo away...
