Villa Mon Rêve plot

Tired of the racist remarks of their Parisian neighbors, Véronique and Sylvain Marchand decide to move. They buy a house in a Parisian suburb, which they christen 'Villa Mon Rêve'. One day they get new neighbors from Africa. There is fraternization and the relationship between the two families is excellent. However, it soon becomes apparent that African customs are very different from Western ones.
