Verliebt in eine Unbekannte plot

As a result of a car accident caused by Lucia (Cecilia Kunz), Leon (Heio Von Setten) ends up in a coma in the hospital. Coincidentally, Lucia works there as a nurse. Overcome with guilt, she regularly visits the victim and falls in love with him. When he wakes up, he finds that he has lost his memory. The problems pile up when Leon's admission to a rehabilitation clinic is not covered by Lucia's insurance.
