Under the Boardwalk plot

"It's the last weekend of summer. They'll be friends. They'll be rivals. They'll be falling in love."

Two groups of teenagers, the Vals and the Lokes, who spend every day surfing, compete for a stretch of beach they consider private property. Tension rises just before an important surfing competition. So when Nick Rainwood (Richard Joseph Paul) from one group falls in love with the beautiful girl Allie (Danielle Von Zerneck) from the other group, he has a problem.
