Twister plot
"A Comic Adventure In Windy Living"
A very unconventional but very American family doesn't know what to do with their enormous amount of money. Vader Cleveland (Harry Dean Stanton) is a self-made millionaire thanks to dirty green-colored lemonade and miniature golf courses. He considers breeding mini cows, but fears they will get lost in the tall grass and become prey to turkeys and cats. He is about to marry local television personality Virginia. His son Howdy wears himself out in Byronian poses (including whipping), seeking out leather clothes to match his guitar, and singing hideous songs that blend new-wave and Celtic poetry. Cleveland's daughter Maureen drinks too much, has a small daughter, Violet, and considers herself a twenty-four-year-old failure. Fortunately, the mother of the house has escaped the family and is in an institution.
