Tout Est Calme plot

Somewhere in a village in Europe there is a popular festival on the occasion of the municipal elections. A little girl, accompanied by her father, offers the mayor a bunch of flowers, but the man is shot and dies on the spot. The little girl leaves again, her father puts a round hat on his head. Lucas, a political figure who works for the Ministry of the Interior, witnesses the drama and is already questioning dozens of unexplained murders over the years. Together with Eva, his secretary, he starts an investigation.
