Three Sons o' Guns plot
"The Draft had them Daft...now, they've got the Army balmy!"
The widow Margaret Patterson has to raise her children with few means. When the children are adults, she continues to worry about them because one by one they are selfish and irresponsible. Charley, Eddie and Kenneth are eventually drafted into military service, but all three get bogged down in excuses not to join the military. Aunt Lottie has had enough of the boys and takes matters into her own hands.
