The Rat Thing plot

"When the best laid plans of mice and men are no longer enough..."

Two soul mates live in Venice, California and both are socially and financially ruined. Pressure from family and friends forces them to come up with a plan to get rich as soon as possible. When one of them discovers that a rat lives in a local supermarket, they have already devised their plan. Namely, one of them has to be bitten by the rat, so that they can receive a hefty compensation.
