The Honourable Wally Norman plot

"Every underdog has his day"

Normal Wally Norman is a foreman at a meat packing factory and gets along well with everyone in the small town of Givens Head. The upcoming City Council elections will be represented by F. Ken Oats of the conservative Total Country Party and Willy Norman of the Australian People's Party. Due to a corrupt government scam, Wally's name appears on the ballot and he is approached before the federal parliament. He decides to join in for fun and takes his whole family with him.
