Ambrose C. Park, abandoned by his parents in a park as a child, now works as a diamond cutter's assistant. Unethical lawyer Remlick devises a strategy to acquire a diamond in the rough through Park. He has Emily Drummon, Duke Fargoh and Maggie Drummon impersonate Park's parents and sister. The plan succeeds and the diamond comes into the possession of the scammers. Then Maggie Drummon feels remorse and confesses the whole story to Park.
