The Fire Chaser plot

Eric Loudermilk Potts has been hospitalized. He tells his story to a sister: he missed his own wedding because he can't stop chasing fire trucks. As a result, her father's fiancé had to break off the engagement and get engaged to someone else. Eric's butler, however, tries to lend the true love couple a helping hand.
