Duke is a wealthy young heir who embarks on a career in boxing to prove that he doesn't need his father's money to survive in the world. However, when he falls in love with a student, he gives up his career and joins the college she also attends. However, the girl doesn't like him and Duke must do everything he can to change this. When progress seems to be taking place, another man lies to her that he is dating a New York choir girl.
