An American entrepreneur travels to a small Spanish village to set up a new 'Lotus Cat Food' factory. Things don't go well until a special ingredient is accidentally added to the cat food.... Human flesh. Cats that eat the special dish not only spontaneously attack humans, but also turn into mutated cat monsters.
