Surf Party plot
"It's what happens when boys take to the sea ... and the girls take to the boys!!"
A young girl travels to California with some friends to visit her brother, whom she hasn't seen in a long time. Once they arrive, it doesn't take long for them to let loose, something the local police sergeant, who is anti-surfing, can't appreciate. Not only the local on-duty but also the surfers don't get along very well.
