Südsee, Eigene Insel plot
Albert is a successful young executive. He seems to have everything his heart desires: an attractive wife, a beautiful daughter, good friends and a nice house in a leafy suburb. When Albert falls victim to investment fraud, his idyll is disrupted overnight. He loses his money, his career prospects disappear in smoke. To make matters worse, he discovers that he has been cheated on by his neighbor and best friend. Instead of leaving for the Tropics, the family is forced to hide in the basement of their own house.
