Special Delivery plot
Maxine "Max" Carter is a courier constantly on the job, and she's wanted to keep it that way ever since she saw her daughter die in a terrible accident. Her new client is 14-year-old Alice Cantwell, the cocky daughter of a wealthy Chinese businessman. After a bitter custody battle, Alice is taken to Hawaii to live with her mother. When they almost land on American soil, Max senses something isn't right. She soon discovers that Alice's father is in trouble with the Chinese government. With the danger lurking behind every corner, it's up to Max to get Alice safely to her new home.
