Special Delivery plot

Three unemployed Vietnamese vets are desperate for money. They commit a robbery, but two of them are captured during the escape. The third vet continues to flee and hides the loot in a mailbox. A bartender and a mad artist see this and try to get the money. The bartender needs this money to pay off his debt with a mobster. The artist is attracted to the vet and together they try to get the money back.
