"A musical maneuver in SUPER cine COLOR"

A comedian in a nightclub is drafted into the army during the Korean War. During his training, he meets a female lieutenant, whom he falls in love with. He does everything to get her attention and this annoys his commander. He even goes so far as to go after her without permission and for this he is imprisoned for thirty days.
