Nature lover Anne Richards heads to Washington DC to fight for legislation regarding the last remaining sanctuary: California's nearly extinct Condor. Anne gets help from 'Admiral' Johnnie Adams, an engraver and the most successful partygoer in Washington, and Steve Bennett, an opposition lobbyist, who has sided with her.
