Sigma Die! plot

"The Legend of Zeta House Continues!"

'The Night of Hell', 1985. On a small campus somewhere in the American Midwest, four young men are engaged in a very important rite of passage: the panties heist! Unfortunately, something goes terribly wrong and one of them is forced to stay behind to save himself. And so once began the legend of the Zeta house. More than twenty years later, five girls from that house rent an off-campus building. But they are not alone. The 'mother' of the Zèta house, two janitors and a group of beer-drinking and frat-playing fraternity balls come to disrupt the party. And then there's someone who watches it all, but is about to horribly leave his mark on the night.
