Shen Mo Dao plot
Butong is a simple monk in Xuanguang Temple. What he doesn't realize is that he was banished from the realm of the gods a hundred years earlier for having engaged in an inappropriate romance. His other half, Jade, was also banished to Earth as punishment, but with all her memories intact. However, Jade does not know what Butong looks like on earth, but that does not stop her from looking for her great love.
