Seven Days Ashore plot

Sailor playboy Dan Arland Jr. is looking forward to a seven-day leave of absence in his hometown of San Francisco. There he will meet two attractive violinists who play in a swing band. Dan, however, cannot decide which of the two beautiful young violinists to 'decorate'. Through a series of unusual circumstances, both violinists, as well as his former fiancée, Dan, are waiting when he arrives at port. Since both violinists assume that they are engaged to Dan, he fears legal problems. To escape, Dan pretends to be affected by a war wound and enlists the help of his shipmates Monty Stephens and Orval "Handsome" Martin, who pose as millionaires to seduce the violinists, leading to unforeseen consequences.
