Sergeant Tutu plot

Two opportunistic police officers are working on a seemingly routine job involving a missing bag. However, the contents of the bag make them greedy. Sergeant Tutu is in charge of the two and he is always looking for personal gain. However, the two are definitely not competent at their jobs, which quickly leads them to get caught up in situations over which they have no control.
