Sauvons les Apparences! plot

After his mother's car accident, the obese 14-year-old Julien (Pierre Salandre) leaves for a while with his uncle in Switzerland. His aunt (Agnès Soral) definitely wants him to lose weight, but Julien, to impress his Japanese girlfriend, wants to become a sumo wrestler, and thus… gain weight.
