Roogie's Bump plot

Roogie Rigsby moves and the new environment is not easy. He becomes the target of ridicule and he is also not allowed to play baseball. But one day something strange and magical happens: the ghost of an ex-Brooklyn Dodger descends and gives Roogie a kind of bump on his arm. It results in Roogie's ability to cast better than anyone else in the world. Before long, Roogie will become the Dodgers' new pitcher, alongside celebrities like Campanella, Erskine, Loes and Russ Meyer. A childhood dream comes true, but his mother is very concerned.
