Red Hot Tires plot

While on a car journey, wealthy Al Jones spots the beautiful Elizabeth "Betty" Lowden, causing him to lose control of his car and crash into a steamroller. As a result, Jones has become nervous and he switches to horseback riding. However, this doesn't seem to help much, because Betty has a penchant for speed which causes Al to fall off his horse. Betty's father RC Lowden is chief of police. He is determined to cure his daughter of her wild ways and put her behind bars. Though don't stop there.
