Quiz Whizz plot

"Joe wins a $15,000 jackpot and the Boys find hes invested the money in Consolidated Fujiyama California Smog Bags."

Joe wins a contest but is immediately stripped of his prize money by a bunch of crooks. The Stooges want to get the money back and visit the crooks. However, the latter manage to convince the trio to participate in a wild plan to extort a millionaire's money. To do this, they have to pretend to be children.
