Premiere plot

It's time for a renewed major premiere at the Revue Theater in Vienna. Not only because of the spectacular show, but also because of the presence of a new upcoming star, Carmen Daviot. In his office, the theater manager must hear the bitter lament of the previous star, Lydia Loo. She was removed from the revue because financier Reinhold prefers his new protégé over her. When Reinhold himself arrives at the office, Loo pulls out a gun.
