Pizza with Bullets plot

Mafia boss Don Vito Perspirino is suddenly sitting up on his deathbed because of the delicious smell of pizza in his bedroom, delivered by the young pizza baker Johnny Casanova, who Don thinks is his prodigal son. Johnny Casanova is a mischievous boy engaged to Lisa Tortellini who does not know that he is involved in the mafia family because of a 50 grand gambling debt. Don's obsession with Johnny causes all sorts of problems for the members of the mafia family. Gino, Don's right-hand man, in particular, had already set his sights on taking over his top position and was disappointed with Don's miraculous recovery. Meanwhile, Johnny tries to ignore Don's fatherly feelings and defy the cruel Gino, who wants to get rid of both Don and Johnny.
