Philippine Bliss plot

The focus is on six residents of a complex of flats. The complex was built during the state of emergency declared by former president Ferdinand Marcos. The activities and stories (sometimes told directly to the camera) of the various main characters are edited together. This approach makes their stories more general and also ensures that the housing complex grows into the true protagonist.
