Petticoat Pirates plot

Anne Stevens, an officer in the Women's Royal Naval Service, and the 150 women under her command are piqued. On the grounds that they can do everything men can do, at least as well or better, they demand the right to serve at sea in warships. When their request is refused by the authorities, they board a frigate, capture the bare crew and set sail for sea. There they inadvertently become embroiled in a training exercise between the British and American fleets.
