Pensionado plot

Peter de Reuver, a little talkative, but good guy, is a 'senior potato chips manufacturing processor' and 'trainer'. Or rather: an assembly line worker. After 29 years of loyal service, he is about to retire. An apparently easy decision, but the last working day comes very suddenly. For everyone. Who should do what in those last hours together? What do you say to each other? Discomfort and tenderness turn out to be close to each other.
