Peggy plot
An old man moves with his two beautiful daughters to Pasadena, California. Upon arrival, they are welcomed with open arms by their dominant neighbour. She registers the two young ladies for a beauty pageant, which they reluctantly enter. In addition, she tries to link her son to the eldest daughter. However, she is in love with a football player and tries to match the neighbor's son with her younger sister.
