Own Worst Enemy plot

A man with street fears tries to keep himself sane in his flat. This turns out not to be so easy, because there too the danger lurks. His imaginary enemy mocks him at every opportunity. Meanwhile, a new fantasy develops in the man. He begins to suspect that the weather woman is deliberately predicting bad weather in an attempt to flood his home.
