"Today Kids Rule"
9-year-old Sammy and his 8-year-old sister Carla go on vacation with their grandparents when their own overworked parents are unable to keep them to themselves. On the first night of the holiday, Sammy makes a childish wish: "I wish children ruled the world." Back in town, Sammy's friend is used as part of his father's experiment to decode the language of babies, but the experiment goes all wrong, when the machine is used for the first time, it explodes, freeing a thrust of energy and elements through the city, inverting the personality of children and adults, resulting in a city of children- cops, child firefighters, juvenile judges, child lawyers, etc...
