One Exciting Night plot
"Their love dream sweeps the Boy and the Girl into the perilous maelstrom of secret mystery, creeping figures, peering eyes and clutching hands. Suspected, shadowed, accused-Then they find each other."
A young lady is engaged to a nasty old rich man who has her adoptive mother in his power. When they all go to a party at a large country house, the young lady meets a young man with whom she falls in love. The party is interrupted when a group of delinquents break in to collect their hidden loot. When one of the burglars is killed, suspicion falls on the young man.
