On Ze Boulevard plot

Gaston, a French waiter, wins a large sum of money in a gambling pool and embarks on a wild spending spree. His beloved Musette, always practical and frugal, ridicules his irresponsible actions. Gaston is attacked by two criminals who almost succeed in stealing his winnings, but Musette's clever resourcefulness brings him to his senses.
