"The Hamptons is not for everyone"
Tom, a grumpy mechanic from Montauk, unexpectedly finds love online with Freckles, a temperamental misfit with diabetes, just like himself. Their newfound happiness is jeopardized when Tom's lucrative beach house and repair shop become the target of an unscrupulous real estate agent, whose underhanded tactics embolden the gentrifying community to turn against the established resident for lowering their property values.
