Not So Dusty plot

Two garbage collectors (Bill Owen and Leslie Dwyer) come into possession of a valuable book thanks to a good deed they have done. The donor's sneaky sister (Ellen Pollock) tries various tricks to get the book back, but the garbage collectors want to sell the book to a rich man for cash.
